Through an interactive introduction to EOS\, Duncan will walk participants through three key components of building a stronger business. Whether you're leading a growing company\, managing a small team\, or looking for a better way to approach the year ahead\, this session will help you think intentionally about where your business is going and how to get there. Plan for approximately two hours of programming\, with an additional 30 minutes available for questions and conversation.
