About Us

Shalla Wista Studio is an established jewelry design studio and retail boutique with 20 years in business. All of our pieces are designed and handcrafted in our studio located above our retail store. We also serve wholesale accounts nationwide. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self motivated and style-savvy team member to support both the retail floor and studio operations.

Position Overview

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers while also being hands-on behind the scenes. The position includes retail sales, merchandising, inventory management, and assisting in our upstairs jewelry studio during slower retail hours.

We are looking for someone who is polished, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable shifting between customer service and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Customer Experience

• Provide exceptional, personalized customer service

• Process transactions accurately using POS system

Merchandising & Visual Presentation

• Assist in styling and merchandising displays

• Maintain clean, organized showcases and product placement

• Restock and rotate merchandise

• Help create fresh visual moments in-store

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred (boutique or luxury retail a plus)

 Schedule

• 4 days per week (including at least one weekend day per month)

• Flexibility during holiday seasons

• Hourly wage based on experience
